What is Kelcollect?
Keljay are committed to ensuring that regardless of the service, structure, value or quantity you require, the entire process should be as efficient as possible. For this reason, the Kelcollect delivery and collection service is available for free within a 5-mile radius of Alfreton for all items not exceeding: 3m (L) x 1.5m (H) x 1m (W) - not exceeding 2 tons in weight. For all other items the Kelcollect service is available at very competitive rates ranging from parcel carriers up to 40ft trailer loads – all with peace of mind that your item will be transported safely and efficiently.

PROJECT SIGN-OFF
Once your project specification has been approved and you’re ready to begin, the Kelcollect service will become available free of charge within a 5-mile radius.

BOOK A SLOT
Our friendly team will be in touch to arrange a date and time suitable for you. If there are any special requirements or a site survey will be needed, we will discuss them at this stage.

COLLECTION
Our team will be in touch to confirm collection on the morning of the collection day. We will then collect the item at your allocated time.

PROCESS
Our team will work on your structure to the agreed specification and give you a realistic expectation of how long the process will take.

DELIVERY
Our team will let you know as soon as we have completed the project and contact you for a suitable day and time to deliver the final product.

SURVEY
To continue our dedication to maintaining and improving the quality of the Kelcollect service, we may contact you within a few days to capture some feedback on your experience.
